God is bringing His people into a spiritual promised land, and we must learn to war daily to set free Christians who are called to be laborers for the Lord.It is important that we stay with one accord (united in purpose and strategy) in regards to our Repentance, Praise, Prayer, Binding and Loosing.This allows us as a collective unit to put unprecedented pressure on the enemy that will cause a breakthrough in all of the areas that we will be focusing on.Below are prayer strategies that you as a member of the Body of Christ and Prayer Force must learn to employ to bring to fruition and manifestation of the victories that God has promised.It is important that you understand your responsibility to pray for the laborers, in the territory that you have been assigned and that God has put under your authority.
We ask that you pray through this list at least 3 times a week.This Is Our United Prayer That Will Cause A Great Breakthrough Of Laborers, And Bring In And Teach A Great Harvest Of Souls.
We will be following 5 steps of Prayer.These steps should be in this order:
1. Repentance
2. Short Worship, Praise and Thanksgiving
3. Petition (this should be done only one time, after the first time you should skip this point and go to
praising God for answering what you had asked the first time).
4. Thank and Praise God for all the points that you have petitioned Him for.
5. Binding and Loosing in Jesus Name (Spiritual Warfare)
Part 1
Repentance(for yourself, And The Christians (Laborers) in the Region, State, or City that You have been assigned.This should be for the sins of both Present and Past generations in your assigned Territory.Please understand that there are many sins that have happened and are still happening in the Body Of Christ that are not commonly known, that must be repented of, if God is going to move in a geographical area.God is calling for you to stand in the gap for these sins.
I repent for my own sins and I stand proxy for the sins of Christians in __________(the region, state, city, that you are assignment to pray for).I repent for the sins that I have committed, the sins of all other Christians in this territory, the sins of Christians in this generation, and the sins of Christians in past generations (our forefathers and ancestors) in ________________ (your assigned territory).I repent and ask you God to forgive me, all the Christians in this territory that I am standing proxy for, for the sins of disobedience to your Word, lukewarmness, lack of taking your Word seriously, not responding when you have called us to prayer or serve you in any other way, legalism, religious pride, speaking poorly about and criticizing our leaders (both natural and spiritual) rather than praying for them (no matter how they may lead), being ashamed of your Word, not believing you, speaking poorly or saying anything bad about others, using your name in vain, living a life of compromise, envying others in church and out of church, watching and being entertained by ungodly television programs, ungodly internet sites, ungodly radio programs and ungodly music, idolatry (putting anything or anyone before or above God, including our families, our jobs, sports teams and events, entertainers, finances, Church, our leaders, etc.…), not paying our tithes and giving sacrificial offerings unto the Lord God, adultery (both those of the mind and those that were physically acted upon), false prophecies, misuse of the Word of God for personal gain, ungodly Church splits (because of pride, arrogance, offence, power struggles, racism, etc…), people putting titles that God did not give them on themselves and others, not submitting to God, causing discord and disunity in the Body of Christ (when others in the Body of Christ don’t act like us, look like us, talk like us, have the same familiar backgrounds as us, agree with everything that we say, etc…), hating our brothers and sisters in Christ or anyone else, worldliness, allowing our children and those in our household to be worldly and do ungodly things to fit into society (as for me and my house we shall serve the Lord), competition with one another (who has the most things, the biggest Church, the most members, the best teachers, the most talented musicians and singers, etc….), seeking out recognition and the applause of people with our gifts and talents (such as with Christian and secular award shows), using ungodly and worldly things in the Church as a means of being socially appealing or acceptable, seeking out political power and relationships above and before seeking God’s face for His direction, strength and everything else; abortion, murder (even killing our brothers and sister in Christ with our tongues), un-forgiveness, slavery, prejudice, racism, reverse racism, oppression of others, illegal drug use (Pharmacia), inebriation (drunkenness), fornication, lying, stealing, gambling, having itchy ears to listen to and follow false religious and occult teachings that some teach, gossip, backbiting, murmuring, complaining, pornography, homosexuality, lesbianism, pedophilia, all perversion, rape, pride, arrogance, divination, witchcraft, rebellion, anti submission to Godly and legal authority, manipulation, intimidation, unbelief in and rejection of the entire Word of God, jealousy, discontentment with what God has given us, violence, uncleanness (in movies, music, music videos, on television, the conversations we have, and the clothes we wear), covetousness, greed, broken commitments and covenants (even divorce in the Church), for every person born out of wedlock, division in the Body of Christ, all disobedience to God by the Church, disorder, contention, strife, worship of false gods (including sports players, popular Christian leaders, singers, as well as others that people have a tendency to worship); being slothful, complacent, and lazy regarding our service to God; all teachings and practices in the Church that have their roots in the occult or paganism, abandonment our of parental responsibility, (abandonment of our responsibilities to God, our families, and others), ungodly pursuits, selling our gifts and talents to the world, using foul and ungodly language, self righteousness, bitterness in all areas, rage, wrath, unjustified anger at others, unjust gain, for questioning God as to why He should have not done something or as if He made a mistake, saying bad things about God’s leadership and His people (both Christians and Jews), doubt and unbelief in regards to God’s Word, incest, abuse, cursing Jewish people, not honoring our parents (as well as not respecting and honoring natural and spiritual authority), injustice, revelry (partying like the world in the Church), all acts of rebellion (against God, and legal authority, both natural and spiritual), condemnation of others, agreeing with the unrighteous acts of ungodly leaders (crooked politicians, and others in authority), for Christian leaders who have said degrading and negative words about those under their authority that have opened doors to things in their lives, etc…., for not spending enough time with God in Prayer and the reading of His Word, for not giving God our whole lives for His service, for putting relationships with people and regards for what they think and say above what you (God) wants and thinks, for not going to sit under those that God sent us to sit under in or to learn (because we have put relationship with people, over relationship with God and obedience to Him), for falsely accusing one another, for misusing our finances and resources that you have given us, etc….
Part 2
Short Thanksgiving, Praise, And Worship-
1.Worship God for who He is.All His Divine attributes. (Holy, Just, Loving, Merciful, Eternal, etc...)
2.Praise and Thank God for what He has already done and what He is about to do.
3.Praise and Thank God for whatever you have asked Him for, whether you have received it already or not.(Your praise releases faith, which says it’s done.)
4.Praise Him for every promise that is in His Word and thank Him for it manifesting in your life.
5.Praise Him and Thank Him for releasing whatever you have asked Him for.
6.Praise Him that these demonic strongholds are no longer binding, hindering or impeding the people, places and things that you have bond them off of, especially laborers for Christ.
7.Revival In the Body of Christ.
Part 3 & 4
Petition- Ask God For and Praise God for (Don’t neglect to praise God for what you are asking in Jesus name):
1.That multitudes of Laborers would be equipped and released into the harvest in your assigned area.
2.To break shackles off the minds and hearts of Christians (in your assigned area), that hinder them from being activated as laborers.Remove spiritual blinders off their eyes and every hindrance that would stop them from serving the Lord with all of their strength, might and substance.Ask God open their hearts, so that they may see what He wants them to do and do it.
3.That multitudes of people would respond to the letters, radio advertisements, television advertisements, that offer the House Of David Schools Of Ministry to be trained, the Prayer Force, the Power Training Courses, Bi-Weekly Teachings, The Master Builder, as well as other teachings from Tony and Sceniorette Owens and House of David Ministries.That God would send both laborers to Nehemiah Project (Intercessors And Prayer Warriors), as well as the Schools of Ministry.
4.Ask for wisdom for the leadership to know who is sent by Him and who is sent by the enemy.
5.Provisions for the House Of David Ministries Inc., the Nehemiah Project and God’s work and people (finances, Jobs, and that all needs be met.)
6.Divine Direction, Divine Strategies, Divine Revelation, Divine Protection, and Divine Wisdom for the leadership of House Of David Ministries and the Nehemiah Project and the Body of Christ and the laborers in the territory that you have been assigned to work in.
7.That God would Bless the National Prayer effort and protect all who are engaging in it, as well as their families and other interest.That God would Bless and Keep the laborers who come through this strategy.That the enemy would not cause those participating both in Prayer Force, and the laborers who will come, to become discontented, discouraged, dissatisfied with this work or their service unto God.
8.That God would Bless, Keep and Protect the Leadership and participants of the House Of David Ministries Inc., and the Nehemiah Project, and the laborers that will come through it.Ask God’s to bless them and give them wisdom.
9.That God would destroy the plans of the Enemy against the Nehemiah Project, The House Of David Ministries Inc., its leadership and participants, as well as the enemies plans against all of the laborers in the territory that you are praying for.
10.Close doors that He does not want the Nehemiah Project, The House Of David Ministries, its participants, as well as the harvest of laborers that come through these efforts, to go through, and open doors and our eyes to see and give us the strength and courage to step into each God ordained opportunity.
11.The letters, radio commercials, television commercials and other efforts would reach the person(s) (laborers) that God intends for them to reach unhindered, and that the Anointing would penetrate the hearts of those who receive them, see them, and hear them, causing them to call and participate in the House Of David Ministries strategic efforts.That laborers would join the House Of David Schools Of Ministry and/or take the Power Courses and join the Prayer Force through these efforts.
12.Favor for the leadership and participants of The House Of David Ministries and the Nehemiah Project and laborers who stay submitted to God’s will.
13.Health and Strength for those in House Of David Ministries, its Schools, the Nehemiah Project and the laborers that come through them.
14.A Greater Prayer Anointing, an increase in the Gifts of the Spirit for the leadership and participants of The House Of David Ministries, the Nehemiah Project, the students in the Schools Of Ministry and the laborers that come through this effort in your assigned territory, and that Rivers of Living Waters would flow through them.
15.That these new laborers would establish their Ministries, and serve in the way and places that God has called them to, unafraid and unimpeded by the enemy.
16.To open up the Heavens and pour out His Spirit in the laborers and territory that you are assigned to.
17.To put a covering over and a hedge of protection around the hearts, minds, emotions, and ears of those in The House Of David Ministries, the Nehemiah Project Intercessors and the laborers in the territory that you are assigned to pray for, so that the enemy could not move them fromtheir God ordained post, The House Of David Ministries, the Nehemiah Project, or the territory that God has planted them in, through words, relationships, criticism or any other means.
18.That Miracles, Signs, and Wonders would manifest in the lives of the laborers that are in the territory that you have been assigned to pray for, The House Of David Ministries, and the Nehemiah Project.
19.That God’s Will would be done in each Christian laborers life in your assigned territory, The House Of David Ministries, and the Nehemiah Project Intercessors.
20.For the Buildings needed for the Schools of Ministry to train laborers for the harvest, and for the Nehemiah Prayer Center, as well as resources for the laborers who will be joining this effort.
21.Deliverance for every laborer that has been hindered from serving the Lord through demonic influence, opposition, oppression. Godly breakthrough in all of your territory.
22.For Revival in your life, each Christian laborer in your territory, The House Of David Ministries, the Nehemiah Project Intercessors.
23.That God would send people of skill and laborers (to work in) The House Of David Ministries, and The Nehemiah Project, that no need would go lacking and no position unfilled.
24.That God would continue to add true intercessors and prayer warriors and laborers who have His heart to The House Of David Ministries, and the Nehemiah Project nationally and in your assigned territory.
25.That God would move on the hearts of lay Christians and Christian leaders in your assigned territory that they may have a heart to participate in the Nehemiah Prayer Project, and be built up spiritually through the Programs and lessons offered through the House Of David Schools of Ministry.
26.For a spiritual wall around your assigned territory and the laborers that are in it, so that the enemy cannot penetrate or come through and hinder their service to the Lord.
27.For unity amongst all Christians throughout your assigned territory.
28.That the laborers in your assigned territory would submit to the call of God on their lives and function where and in what God has called them to.That they will touch the lives of multitudes for the Lord.That they will also walk in the dunamis power of God.
29.That the laborers in your territory would prepare themselves by studying the Word of God and living Holy unto the Lord.

Warfare(Bind and Loose)
Bind and cast out the spirits in the binding section below and loose spirits in the loose section below off Bishop Tony Owens and Pastor Sceniorette Owens and their family, The House Of David Ministries, the Nehemiah Project Intercessors (Prayer Force), their leadership, all Christian laborers in your assigned territory, and the Schools of Ministry (both the physical and correspondence Schools), and off every effort that House Of David is doing.
Loose the opposite of whatever you bind.
